Boy Scouting is a program for boys 11 through 17 designed to achieve the aims of Scouting through a vigorous outdoor program and peer group leadership with the counsel of an adult Scoutmaster. Boys also may become Boy Scouts if they have earned the Arrow of Light Award or have completed the fifth grade. Boys need not have been involved in Cub Scouts to join Troop 322.
To join Troop 322 simply click on the “Contact Us” link to the right and let us know you want to join. Please include the age and grade of the boy who wishes to join. We will send you some information and the date of our next meeting so that you can check out our Troop at one of our weekly meetings. Generally we will have a small presentation prepared for parents at this time. All parents/guardians are welcome to join us for this presentation.
For those that are not old enough for Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts is a family and home centered program that develops ethical decision-making skills for boys in the first through fifth grade (or who are 7, 8, 9, and 10 years old). Activities emphasize character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness. Please contact Crossroads Christian Church at 812-858-8668 for more information or to join Cub Pack 322.
